Please write us in the return bill a description of the error as accurate as possible and enclose the return bill with the goods.

We try hard to repair all devices if possible. Only if there is no other way, we exchange devices or assemblies. Our endeavor is to avoid electronic waste wherever possible.
We are convinced that it is more sustainable, even if it is a little more "inconvenient", costs more time and therefore money. We hope you will support us in our endeavor with some patience for processing.
